* Our New Talent Program focuses on success behind the chair by mastering technical and communication skills resulting in client retention. At some point during your service, a Mentor Stylist may approach the stylist to speak with them regarding the consultation or the haircut…this is necessary to ensure our stylists deliver a consistent service each and every time to our guests.

Reservations

Crystal_Clear_app_dateAppointments are strongly recommended. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm your date and times. A credit card number is required to reserve all appointments after 1 free No Call / No Show and require a 24-hour cancellation notice to prevent a credit card charge equal to the missed service.

Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to all  services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule.

Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount or for specific services, they expire 1 year from date of purchase. Complimentary packaging is available. Gift Cards may be purchased in person, by phone or online (coming soon). Special delivery and mailing are also available.
